Our Technical Support specialists work closely with Siperian's Engineering and Solutions Delivery professionals to help ensure that any technical issues are quickly and accurately resolved. We rely on this communication to better understand customer needs and ensure that future product releases reflect them.

Siperian Technical Support services are available remotely via Siperian’s SHARE portal as well as by email or telephone.

Siperian's SHARE (Siperian Hub Asset, Resource and Exchange) portal gives customers the tools to research and answer questions through a self-service knowledgebase. Here, customers have access to frequently asked questions, best practices, tips and tricks, step-by-step guidance, product documentation and product downloads.

Customers can also use SHARE to report problems, request answers to questions, and view and update the details of incidents they have previously reported to Siperian Technical Support.

To obtain your password, go to the SHARE site (http://share.siperian.com), enter your email address in the "If you have forgotten your password" section, and click Email Me My Password.

Once you've received your password by email, log in to the site. Under the Most Popular Answers section on the Home page, see "How to search for Answers on SHARE" for an overview of how to access the knowledgebase.

Click the Ask Support button to log an incident or question with Siperian Technical Support.

Click the My Info button to gain access to support questions you've already logged, to view notifications and to update your profile.
