Terry Young currently is a Senior Director leading Merck's Global Data Services organization and is responsible for enterprise data strategy, data planning and engineering, data solution delivery, data operations and support, and enterprise data governance. Throughout his 20-year career he has attained several awards for his business, technical and scholastic achievements. Mr. Young published a technology and process patent for his design of the Electronic Markets Business Interchange System -- a process that takes historical data from transactions systems, associates this historical information with marketing and industry data to create a forecasting capability for decision support systems.

Mr. Young remains an active member of the professional and local community serving as a Board Member of the Martin Luther King Civic Center in Bridgewater NJ. He is a leader in the Philadelphia Area Computer Society; member of the Project Management Institute, Institute of Management Consultants and National Contract Management Association.

Mr. Young graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Computer Science from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
